Corsair, known for a wide range of AiO water chillers, has revised a complete AiO series for the CES 2020 in Las Vegas. The result is the iCUE RGB Pro XT Series, which takes the powerful pump from the Platinum Series and combines it with the sleek looks of the Pro Series. In this way Corsair aims to achieve high-performance cooling at an affordable price.
Corsair iCUE RGB Pro XT Series: Three revised models
Corsair’s new XT series of AiO water coolers consists of three models, all of which use non-illuminated and simple fans with magnetic bearings – with 120 or 140 mm fans depending on the radiator. The top model is called H150i Pro XT and has a 360 mm radiator. The 120 mm fans of this model run at 400 to 2,400 revolutions per minute. The next model H115i Pro XT uses a 280 mm radiator and 140 mm fans that run at 400 to 2,000 rpm. The third model H100i Pro XT finally uses a 240 mm radiator, which is again cooled down by 120 mm fans, which also run at 400 to 2,400 rpm.
The extravagant pump cover compensates for the simply held radiators and fans. For the lighting there, users can control a total of 16 RGB LEDs via the familiar Corsair iCUE software. This also controls the pump and fans. At low load, the fans can also be operated silently in a zero RPM mode. Users can monitor the CPU temperature and the temperature of the cooling circuit via software.
Corsair’s alternative to AiO water cooling: Corsair A500: Large CPU cooler with high compatibility for RAM bars
The Corsair iCUE RGB Pro XT series is compatible with Intel 115x (1150, 1151, 1155, 1156), Intel 20xx (2066, 2011-3, 2011) and AMD AM4/sTR4 sockets. The prices are also already fixed: The H100i Pro XT is supposed to be available for 129.90 euro, the H115i Pro XT costs 149.90 euro and the top model H150i Pro XT is supposed to cost 182.90 euro.
