Crucial P1: Affordable NVMe SSD Reviewed

Conclusion on the Crucial P1

The Crucial P1 cannot compete with the top models. Ordinary hard disks and conventional SATA SSDs, however, are eclipsed. Crucial has definitely succeeded with her entry into the development of NVMe SSDs in the M.2 form factor. The P1 is particularly suitable for people who want to significantly increase the performance of their PC without spending too much money. It is much cheaper than the absolute top models among the NVMe SSDs. Even though its performance is more in the midfield, the price/performance ratio is excellent. It should be noted here that most users will probably not notice any speed disadvantage. We can definitely recommend the P1 from Crucial. Only the 2 TB model is not worth the price.
