Pandemic conspiracy: 5G masts burn in the UK

People are under a lot of stress because of the current situation and of course there are some conspiracy theories developing and also fake news have it easier.

After the Fakenews in Germany recently announced that Kaufland would close down, the British are now getting hotter. In three cities, Birningham, Liverpool and Melling in Merseyside there were arson attacks on 5G masts.

The background of the arson attacks are probably conspiracy theories, which are spread mainly via Facebook and YouTube, and link the corona virus with 5G.

One theory says that 5G radiation is responsible for the spread of the corona virus, as the radiation makes human cells more vulnerable to viruses. Another claims that the coronavirus is a diversionary tactic to cover up the health damage caused by 5G.

Both of course are nonsense, 5G has nothing to do with the corona virus. The health effects of 5G have been researched for years, and in many areas there is no 5G at all.

At least YouTube is now taking action against videos that mention 5G in connection with the corona virus.
