Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 Bluetooth in-ear headphones review

A few years ago completely wireless in-ear headphones were unthinkable. That has now changed and there are numerous suppliers of True Wireless in-ear headphones. Among them is the well-known German premium audio brand Sennheiser.

With the Momentum True Wireless 2, the company now even offers the second generation. Compared to the first version, the earpieces have become smaller, but at the same time the battery life has increased and active noise suppression has been added. Of course, the in-ears also offer IPX4 certification, so they are protected against splash water. We took a closer look at the premium class Momentum True Wireless in-ears.

Excellent first impression

The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 will be delivered in typical Sennheiser packaging with a blue and white design. Both the charging box and the in-ears will please right out of the box. They make an absolutely high-quality impression and the design also appeals to me very much, even if this is of course a matter of taste.

The loading case is covered with fabric that fits very tight and does not wrinkle. The lid, on which the Sennheiser logo is emblazoned, simply folds upwards. The folding mechanism is crisp, so the charging case cannot open accidentally. Inside, the in-ears can then be used for charging. They are then held in place by quite strong magnets so that they cannot fall out even if the charging box is upside down.
