At the same time, the Carbon G9 can be completely customized to one’s own wishes and needs through various options. There are four different options to choose from for the display. All of them have the 14-inch display in 16:10 format in common. The WUXGA without touch with 400 cd/m² is available as a basis, it displays 100 percent of the sRGB color space, is matte and reduces the blue content to keep the strain on the eyes low. Furthermore, the same panel is still offered with touch. The third screen option of the ThinkPad X1 Carbon G9 comes with ePrivacy feature, so the panel can only be viewed from the front and offers a maximum of 500 cd/m².
