After we last took a closer look at the TeamGroup MP44 in the M.2 2280 form factor, we now have the TeamGroup VULCAN Z from the T-FORCE series as a SATA SSD ready for today’s review. Controller is not SM2258XT anymore. Sorry for breaking the illusion, but if you had attempted disassembly, you'd discover cheap and unreliable Yeestor YS9082HP controller inside (this firmware: HP2818D8 reveals it). So not worth purchase, and the only recommendation, if any, should be something like that: better stay clear of this garbage.
