CES 2019: HyperX Introduces Quadcast Microphone and Cloud Orbit

Kingston’s gaming brand, HyperX, used the CES in Las Vegas to introduce new products for streamers and gamers. The HyperX Quadcast microphone was presented especially for Streamer and the HyperX Cloud Orbit with a lot of technology on board.
Microphone for Streamer
The Quadcast is a stand microphone and comes in a vibration dampening mount. The gain control is located on the underside, it has four different polar patterns and can be muted at the touch of a button. On the front there is a LED to indicate the current send status.
The electret condenser microphone has a frequency range of 20 to 20,000 Hz and a sampling rate of 48 kHz at a bit rate of 16 bit. The sensitivity of HyperX is -36 dB. The microphone is connected via a 3 m long cable. The microphone alone weighs 254 g, with stand and bracket the system reaches 364 g.
