Corsair presented the successor to the K70 at Computex in Taipei in June. The new version of this gaming keyboard has the additional designation „MK.2“ and was revised in some points. The new keyboard was presented together with the new driver software „iCUE“.
In our test we will take a close look at the RGB-light, reworked gaming keyboard. Since the previous version was already very high quality and powerful, we go with correspondingly high expectations to the practical test.
Design and Workmanship
In comparison with the predecessor it is noticeable that hardly any optical changes were made. The „K70 RGB MK.2“ presents itself in the classic Corsair gaming style and looks quite robust. It is equipped, among other things, with a removable palm rest, which has a pleasant soft-touch surface. The choice of material was very positive in the test.
