According to a announcement the Google Chrome developer the browser should natively support Lazy-Loading from version 75 on. When loading images and iframes on a web page, they are not loaded until they are in the visible area. This is to prevent objects that are not seen by the user from being transferred anyway. This is to reduce the memory consumption of the browser and the transferred data volume. According to Google, visible objects can also be rendered faster, which also speeds up the page structure.
