A number of users of older devices are currently receiving a warning when Netflix launches that their hardware will no longer be able to play the popular streaming service from 1 December. Although Netflix has not yet published an official list, it has confirmed that the first two models of the
Roku player, which are now at least eight years old, are affected. According to user reports, devices from Vizio as well as older Samsung smart TVs and Blue Ray players are also affected. However, Netflix support for devices from other manufacturers will probably be terminated on 1 December.
