In addition to the new ScreenPad, Asus will also be presenting the plus version of this innovative touch control unit at this year’s Computex. It is used in the „ZenBook Pro Duo“.
Here, the control unit not only occupies the space of an ordinary touchpad, but almost the entire width of the laptop. Asus also uses a 4K resolution for this. Also new is the fact that the ScreenPad can be used not only as a control unit, but also to display content. It can therefore be either – or alternately – a control element and a second screen. Asus shows impressively what is possible with the ScreenPad.
In addition to this gigantic ScreenPad, the device has a main display measuring 15.7 inches diagonally, which supports HDR and completely covers the P3 color space.
