The Taiwanese company Team Group recently introduced a number of new products.
The MP34 M.2-SSD uses 3D-NAND. It is available in 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB capacities. The maximum read rate of the largest version is 3,000 MByt/s, the maximum write rate is 2,600 MByte/s. The smaller versions have lower data rates as usual with SSDs.
The IOPS are 190,000 for reading, 160,000 for writing, and 1,800,000 hours for writing, or 1,500 complete writes, according to the Team Group.
The prices of the NVMe-SSD connected via four PCIe 3.0 Lanes have not yet been released by Team Group. The NVMe 1.3 protocol used is supported by current Intel and AMD systems...
