Apple hasn’t yet retired the iPod Touch, but has surprisingly introduced a new version. The iPod Touch 2019 offers up to 256GB of memory.
The new iPod Touch is powered by the A10 Fusion processor, which offers four cores and was first installed in the iPhone 7 (Plus). The chip is also used in the Apple TV 4K. The current iOS 12 is used as the operating system. Otherwise, the technical specifications do not appear to have changed.
iPod Touch 2019 is available in six different colours. In addition to space grey, white, pink, blue and gold, there is also a special red edition. The purchase of the red edition supports the fight against AIDS.
The price of the new Apple iPod Touch 2019 is 229 Euro for 32 GB, 339 Euro for 128 GB and 449 Euro for 256 GB.
