Dell has redesigned the XPS 13 2-in-1 notebook based on Intel’s new Ice-Lake CPU. It promises 2.5 times the performance of its predecessor, a new 16:10 display with UHD resolution and many other improvements.
Bigger display in 16:10 and larger touchpad
Everything on the XPS 13 2-in-1 (7390) is bigger: The touchpad is a whole 19% bigger, the keyboard almost stretches the entire width and the 13.4-inch display in 16:10 format is a whole 7% bigger than in the previous model. The display consists of Gorilla Glass 5, which offers a resolution of 1,920 × 1,200 in the basic configuration. Optionally, a variant with 3,840 × 2,400 pixels can also be installed. No matter which variant you choose: Both touch displays offer high contrast rates of 1,500:1 or 1,800:1, 500 cd/m² and 100% SRGB coverage. The UHD display also features HDR400...
