So far Apple with its ARKit and Google with its ARCore dominate the mobile augmented reality area. Now Microsoft is also entering this fast-growing area with its HoloLens software. The first applications for iOS and Android smartphones, which are aimed specifically at business customers for the time being, are due to appear in April.
